Consulting Charges
Our consulting charges are based on our experience and our ability to add value to your business or organization.
We can provide three broad types of consulting service:
I - Advisory (brainstorming, strategy, tactics etc.),
II - Consultative (combines I with specific guidance and actively creating work product), and,
III - Collaborative/Implementation (combines the aforementioned with significant applied senior level management/execution)
